We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them, or provide a full refund for the purchase cost of the products. The goods should be returned unworn, with all labels & manufacturer packaging intact & all garments should be in a proper resalable condition and are required to be returned within 28 days of receipt once return authorization has been obtained from us.

Please print off & enclose a copy of the sales invoice that was originally issued via email & include a note re the problem. Without this sales invoice no refund will be given as we need to know who to refund etc. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, we offer a full refund for the cost of the goods purchased or you can select to exchange it for an alternative item, please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
Please note there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments under UK LAW for reasons of hygiene, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products, if found to be unsuitable unless they have only been briefly tried on over underwear:

We will of course exchange the item in the event of a defect in material or manufacturing if the product is unworn & returned complete with all manufacturer packaging intact.
Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery (Tights & Stockings) that have been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.
We will issue a full refund of the product costs for eligible items returned for reasons such as wrong size/colour purchased etc or you can choose an exchange item.
For items originally sent Freepost we will deduct the initial postage costs from the return amount for returned goods.
